Adrienne is a qualified massage therapist, group fitness instructor, personal trainer and babywearing consultant, who specialises in pre and post-natal wellbeing.
She trained with the Academy of Natural Therapies (massage) and the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (exercise), the International Association of Infant Massage, Babywearing School Australia, Kangatraining and with independent pre-natal massage tutors.

Hi, my name is Jess, and I’ve been a clinical naturopath for about 15 years, though energy healing and Reiki started calling me very strongly a few years ago.
Since then, I have held space for many, many reiki clients, helping with not only clearing and balancing energy. I’ve also found Reiki to be amazing for a nervous system reset.
Holding space and supporting others has always come naturally to me, though through my energetic work, I love seeing the peace and calm on my clients faces after a session.
